The short version

This marketing site collects as little as possible. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no cookies for browsing. Data reaches us only when you deliberately send it.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, message, and optional fleet size are emailed to us via Resend (our email delivery provider) so we can reply. We use it for that conversation and nothing else. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to any list.

Newsletter

Newsletter signups are handled by Buttondown, which stores your email address to deliver the newsletter. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing removes you from the list.

WhatsApp

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's/Meta's own terms and privacy policy.

Server logs

The site is served via Cloudflare, which produces standard operational logs (IP, URL, timestamp) used for security and reliability. We don't build profiles from them.

The product is separate

This policy covers the dbexpert.ai website. The dbexpertAI product (the app and the on-prem agent) has its own data-handling documentation — the short version is on the security page: the agent is read-only, and your database contents never leave your network. If you opt into the SaaS layer, analysis results (never table contents) are transmitted to it, encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosting can be pinned to your country.

Questions or removal requests

Use the contact form and we'll handle it — including deleting anything you've previously sent us.
