It runs expert-curated, deterministic detection paths every 90 seconds across five SQL database systems — PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL Server — and delivers root cause, diagnostic evidence (including the exact SQL queries it ran), a severity ranking (the risk of doing nothing), resolution steps, and the risk of applying them — each resolution path carries a risk level and each step states whether it is reversible, its rollback, its estimated duration, and whether it requires confirmation. Findings accumulate into scheduled PDF/spreadsheet reports (daily, weekly or monthly). Resolution paths are supervised or manual: the customer's team applies them, nothing runs against production autonomously. It is a diagnostic engine, not a monitoring tool.
